Student profiles can help teachers monitor student progress and growth. It also allows teachers to set up the "spell check" accommodation for particular students.
To view a student profile, click on the "student" button on the left-hand column.
Then search for a student by entering in their first and last name.
The first thing you see when viewing the student profile is the students log in information/credentials (see figure 3). You will see the student's name, school, student code, email address and when the account was created.
After the student information, there is a section labeled: "accessibility settings." By checking the box, "allow spell check for this student," you give the student access to use spell check for any exam that they take. They will always be able to use the spell check feature when taking any exam within their organization, even if spell check wasn't selected as an option for a specific exam.
Under the heading "exams" you will see a list of all the exams the student has taken. If you have published the results to the student, you can click on "view result." This will pull up whatever portions of the exam you published to the students, including their scores and your annotations.
Under the heading "abilities" you can select a particular rubric and monitor how the student has been performing on each ability within that rubric. You will be able to see what grade they earned on which exam and question number. This can help teachers monitor the students progress on a particular skill or objective over time.
The final heading, labeled "classes,' lists which classes the student is enrolled in within your organization.
